e-Print Services
Elmwood Print Out can reproduce your
documents from the Internet, saving you time, and at the very least, a
disk!
At the current time, we are able to print
the following file formats, listed in the order of preference:
TIFF, EPS, PSD, PDF, JPG, GIF, and BMP.
To send us a file for print, first call
us at (716)884-5550, to let us know that you are e-mailing
us a file for print. Attach your image to an e-mail,
and send it to elmwoodprintout@aol.com. Users without
a high-speed Internet connection, such as DSL or broadband,
may experience a longer waiting time for larger files to
upload. If you are able to, fax us a hard copy of
the job, at (716)886-7206, and let us know the quantity,
size and type of print you need. If you cannot fax
us a hard copy, we will produce a print proof of the file
you sent us, and you will need to visit us at 1074 Elmwood
Avenue to confirm the order.

NOTES
ON FILE FORMATS
PLEASE READ BEFORE SENDING!
1)
Elmwood Print Out will NOT be able to make changes
to your files at the shop, unless they are in PSD
format. Even then, please keep in mind that any changes
and alterations made at the shop will incur a digital
design fee.
2)
If you are unsure which file format is the best to
print from, save your document as either TIFF or EPS.
GIFs and JPGs tend to be the worst files to print
for quality, PDFs are great for text but not as good
for graphics, and BMPs are typically to large to upload
on the internet.
3)
A Note On EPS & PDF Files - Make sure to embed
your fonts! If you don't, and we don't have your font
on file, your document won't print correctly!
4)
If your file is bigger than 3MB, you may wish to consider
dropping it off at the shop on a CD-ROM. This isn't
always necessary, but could save you some time and
headache later.
